Hey sis, I'm Kemi.

Faith-based life coach, author, speaker, and founder of Simply Be Free Consulting. Walking alongside women since 2011.

Raising five children in Katy, Texas.

I don't teach this from a pedestal. I teach it from experience.

I know what it's like to have life change overnight and to look in the mirror and not recognize the woman looking back. I know what it's like to start over with no map and a whole lot of people watching.

And I know that God doesn't waste anything. He met me in that place, reminded me whose I am, and gave me the courage to build again. Now it's my joy to help you do the same.

I'm the author of Dear Sis! and Pack Light, the host of the Girl Listen Podcast, the founder of the Hey Girl Hey Conference, and the former host of the Love, Hate and Relationships Radio Show. My background is in nonprofit leadership, human resources, and training and facilitation, so I know how to help people move from "I know" to "I did."

But my favorite title is Mama. I'm raising my five children right here in Katy, Texas, and every one of them is a reminder that rebuilding is possible.

Not at all. Come as you are. The free Next Steps Call exists so you don't have to know exactly what you need before we talk.

Where do sessions happen?

All coaching sessions happen on a video call, so you can join from wherever you are. You'll pick your time when you book through my scheduling page.

Is coaching the same as counseling?

No. Coaching is faith-based encouragement and personal growth focused on your next steps. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice. If you're in crisis, please reach out to a licensed professional or a trusted leader in your life.

Do I have to be a Christian to work with you?

My coaching is rooted in Scripture and centered on who God says you are. If that's what you're looking for, you're welcome here wherever you are in your walk.

What happens after the free call?

Is this counseling?

No. I'm a Christian life coach. We focus on moving forward. If you need counseling, I encourage you to have both.

What if I miss a live call?

Every call is recorded and posted in the group.

Is this for me if I'm still in the relationship?

This challenge is for women who have already walked away. If you're not safe, call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233 or text START to 88788.

How much time does it take?

About 10 to 15 minutes a day, plus one call a week.
